Our business growth training is a two-part programme consisting of two residential weekends giving senior managers and business owners the focused time to work on their development plans.
Check out what our learners have had to say about the course and see what effects the training had on their business!
What Happens On The Training?
Weekend One: Going For Growth
Weekend one is called Going for Growth and concentrates on looking at the organisation as it stands now and how it can operate more efficiently and effectively.
Weekend Two: Greater Growth
Weekend two is called Greater Growth, this time we look at the organisation in the future and what you want it to become, how to deal with challenges and how you can scale up and be in a position to deliver more work.
Both weekends are interactive, fun, hard work and inspiring. You will be working with around 40 other delegates from a whole range of different organisations and sectors. You will work on your own organisation, so it is real life and appropriate to your own business.
You will receive a qualification from both weekends and your food and accommodation is all covered by ourselves. You really have nothing to lose and a massive amount to gain. We run one weekend per month, the starting point is to get in touch with us for a chat. Please register your interest in this course and one of our team will contact you.
Who is it for?
Businesses Looking To Grow
The growth programme is for businesses with their sights set on bigger things.
I would like to say a big thank you to your and the team who presented this weekend’s Growth Training. The course was informative, challenging (in a good way) and fun with lots of brilliant information, tools and networking opportunities. I would recommend this course to anyone who has a business.

Who Can Attend?
Businesses Owners and Senior-Level Managers
Employees who are in Sales, Marketing and Business Development Roles.
The programme is fully funded for eligible businesses (see below for full eligibility criteria). Your business must be trading (not pre-start) and you can be a sole trader, limited company, partnership, community interest company or charity (employees only, not volunteers).
I would just like to say a huge thank you to you both for such a brilliant weekend. It was lovely to be on a training course where it was obvious that the trainers had so much knowledge in the field they were teaching. The enthusiasm that you both put into everything was great as it kept everyone really engaged. I will definitely be recommending the course to others.
