Do you want to grow your business?
Enterprise Made Simple is the UK’s largest provider of business growth training and we have secured EU funding to be able to deliver this training FULLY FUNDED to organisations based in the Tees Valley.
Our business growth training is a two-part programme consisting of two residential weekends giving senior managers and business owners the focused time to work on their development plans.
Weekend one is called Going for Growth and concentrates on looking at the organisation as it stands now and how it can operate more efficiently and effectively.
Weekend two is called Greater Growth, this time we look at the organisation in the future and what you want it to become, how to deal with challenges and how you can scale up and be in a position to deliver more work.
Both weekends are interactive, fun, hard work and inspiring. You will be working with around 40 other delegates from a whole range of different organisations and sectors. You will work on your own organisation, so it is real life and appropriate to your own business.
You will receive a qualification from both weekends and your food and accommodation is all covered by ourselves. You really have nothing to lose and a massive amount to gain. We run one weekend per month, the starting point is to get in touch with us for a chat. Please register your interest in this course and one of our team will contact you.
Who is it for?
The growth programme is for businesses with their sights set on bigger things. The training is open to both business owners and senior-level managers as well as those in sales, marketing and business development roles.
The programme is fully funded for eligible businesses (see below for full eligibility criteria). Your business must be trading (not pre-start) and you can be a sole trader, limited company, partnership, community interest company or charity (employees only, not volunteers).
If you have previously attended Going For Growth please register your interest to take part in Greater Growth which is the follow on course.
