Some are conventional and some are a bit wacky. These are business ideas that are on-trend and gradually on the rise to go into 2020.
With the rise of paying 10p for bags for life in supermarkets; others have been searching for custom or designer tote bags. If you look at the Google Trend search for “custom shopping bags” it is a new business idea that is on the rise going into 2020.

Yoga has been gradually on the rise the past few years and looking aside from the spike that occurs in January then drop off in February (wonder why that could be…). Starting your own yoga class would make a profitable new business all year round looking at the search volume for it.
As phone companies like Apple and Samsung keep making new fancy phones, you’ll want to protect them as they are fragile. Year on year, more people are buying custom phone cases so why wouldn’t want to capitalise this new business opportunity.
If you are a calm and collected person with a soft voice. You will be thrilled to see more and more people are searching and looking for guided meditation classes whether that be online or in-person or both!
Who doesn’t love a holiday? But who is going to look after there pets? There is a huge market for this in the upcoming year as companies and public figures are becoming big advocates for travelling the world.
Not everyone loves cleaning, I don’t, I probably have one of the messiest desks in the office. We have a cleaner that comes in and cleans our offices every other day. It’s not just office workers that need help cleaning, it’s also homeowners that are searching for cleaners. Opportunities are opening up year on year.
Lawnmowers are expensive, so why not rent out your goat? As mad is it sounds people genuinely do this. It’s cute and wacky and that’s why I love it. The graph below shows the steady rise for “local gardeners” and why wouldn’t you mow the lawn with a goat while you chop down the hedges.
