Greater Growth

I have taken the time to review the PDP from early in the course and incorporated it within my 12 month strategy plan. Amongst the skills I have learnt during the course are the understanding of the sales cycle, strategy planning and forecasting. In addition, I have been able to refresh and practice skills I already had including goal setting. Skills I still need to develop and practice further include using sales techniques, analysing and responding to contract opportunities, delegation of necessary roles and responsibilities, change management and policy writing. Armed with the knowledge I have accumulated during the course. I am feeling confident in my ability to take my business forward.

This course was honestly hands down the best course I have been on, regardless of purpose. I have been on many being a teacher and the pace, enthusiasm of delivery, willingness for each person on the course to succeed, knowledge of the deliverer was superb. I learnt so much and have come away with more confidence in what I am doing, my business in general and I have clear goals to reach and the tools to do so. The opportunity to meet like-minded people in similar situations was also a brilliant opportunity and we are still in touch now as we all move forward with our businesses.

I have benefited from this course as it has helped me create a robust strategy plan which I can implement in my business to grow and scale the business. It has also helped me understand areas which I had no or limited knowledge, such as tenders and sales. I am actively implementing my learning into my everyday business. I enjoyed how the course was taught and the different teaching types from all the tutors. I highly recommend this to anyone who has newly set up their business.
