Must be a Tees Valley resident. 19 years old and over. Plus ONE of the following; earn less than £33,210 per year OR not have a full level 3 qualification or above.
Sunderland
Live or work in a Sunderland postcode area, 19 years old and over, unemployed or earn less than £25,000 per year and must not have previously completed the course you want to enrol on or another course where the content is similar
