For anyone considering attending this course, I would highly recommend it. The material covered is very useful. It gets you to think about how you may conduct your own working role currently, and how taking on board the information you learn in this course, how you can improve the delivery of your role moving forward. A lot of the situations covered, will resonate with you in connection with dilemmas you may currently or have previously faced in your working role. This course provides you with new insight on how to tackle them and a whole lot more. If you are in any kind of management role or intend to move up to such a role in the near future, then this course is a must for you!

Far exceeded my expectations. After 20 years in management, I didn't think It would teach me anything I didn't already know but I was wrong. Taking so many improvements and changes back to the office. See out a positive development plan to help me get to the next level.

The course has proved to be a very useful development tool for me, both professionally and personally. I enjoyed the course and its content. The delivery was very good and trainers were knowledgeable and experienced.

Enjoyed these last few sessions especially as it focussed on self-development and looking at your own self-improvement beyond your current role. As always very informative and well structured. I gained a lot from the shared experiences and ideas with my peers on the course. Gave me food for thought on how to develop myself, align to new ways of working and how to put into action ideas and plans to improve.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training, it was well delivered and engaging. I have taken away more skill to manage my team and especially around identifying their learning styles, needs and development plans. I found it useful to create a PDP to take away from the course and using “IKIGAI” was a good way to look at development opportunities for myself in the future. Overall I have learnt a huge amount and am looking forward to implementing this learning in my job role.
