Course Overview
Sales & Marketing Planning” equips you with a structured, actionable strategy for how you will attract customers, engage them, and convert interest into sales. This is more than tactics — it’s about aligning sales and marketing efforts with your business goals, so every step you take is deliberate and measurable.
You’ll walk away with a plan you can implement immediately.
What To Expect
This is a hands-on, interactive training experience. You won’t just listen, you’ll build. Through this guided workshop and peer feedback, you’ll plan your sales and marketing journey from start to finish: from market insight to execution, monitoring, and refinement.
By the end of day two, you’ll have a working sales & marketing plan, clarity on your messaging and channels, and tools to monitor progress and adapt as you go.
What You Will Learn
- Market & Customer Insight: Understand your ideal audience, their needs, decision triggers, and how to reach them.
- Goals & Metrics: Define specific sales and marketing objectives, and choose the metrics that will tell you if you’re on track.
- Value Messaging & Positioning: Articulate why a customer should choose you over alternatives — in a way that resonates.
- Channel & Tactic Selection: Choose the right mix of marketing and sales channels (online, in person, partnerships, etc.) for your business.
- Implementation Roadmap: Break down your plan into achievable phases, with responsibilities, timelines, and budget estimates.
