Sell It Smart helps you understand customers, promote what you offer, handle objections, and negotiate with confidence—so more conversations turn into sales. It’s practical, hands-on learning that connects directly to the day-to-day running of your business.

This course is practical and hands-on, with clear teaching and interactive exercises that let you practise discovery, objections, and negotiation. You’ll leave with a simple marketing plan, a step-by-step approach to closing deals, and the confidence to prepare, pitch, and follow up effectively.

You’ll learn how to find the right customers, promote your offer by highlighting real benefits, and handle objections with confidence. The course covers market research, goal setting, and building a practical marketing plan. You’ll also explore how to prepare for and run successful negotiations, close deals effectively, and manage risks along the way.
