1. Where are your manners!

Kindness and gratitude will take you far. Always say thank you to your customers they’ll appreciate the effort. 75% of people will spend more time with a company because of positive experiences so it’s great for retaining customers. So it pays to be nice.

2. Set realistic goals 

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

Set SMARTER goals; Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relative, Time-bound, Evaluate, Re-Evaluate. You have to have goals in place for your business along with timeframes to work to. After all, if you’re going to do it, at least, be SMART about it.

3. Treat your customers – Interact with them

A way to significantly influence the word of mouth about your business – interact with them online. Don’t act like a faceless business; genuinely talk with your customers as a person representing the business. Responding to customer complaints online can improve your brand’s appearance, so it’s pay’s to treat them.

4. Honesty is the best policy

Being honest makes your business seem more trustworthy. Being honest means you have nothing to hide and are not afraid of feedback otherwise, you have nothing to build upon in the future. Also, it’s a critical factor in building trust, satisfaction, and love from your customers.

5. Lisen Up!

It’s important to listen to what your customers have to say about your business. When listening to your customers, take into account what changes your business should make from this feedback, and then actually follow through. Your customers are the essential cog in your businesses machine, and not dealing with reasonable requests could cause it to break down.

6. Now delight!

Delighting your customer’s is easy. Continuing to delight your customers now that’s the challenge. Are you delighting people? Ask yourself these questions; Are you solving people’s problems? Are you providing recommendations and being helpful? Are you enthusiastic and fun? if you are all of these chance’s are you are delighting your customers already
