At Enterprise Made Simple we have a variety of different roles and we all use different tools. Here are 11 of our favourite apps and online tools we like to use:
1. Google Drive
Sometimes we need to work on one document together at the same time. With Google Drive, you can do that very easily; This tool allows you to create online documents, presentations, spreadsheets and then store all these files plus video files, images and well almost every other file type. You don’t even need to have any office software installed – everything happens right in your browser or via the mobile app for iOS and Android.
2. WordPress
It’s simple and great effective blogging platform. But people often make the mistake of classifying WordPress as just a blogging platform. Although that used to be true in the past, WordPress has evolved throughout the years into a versatile content management system. While you can still use WordPress to create a simple blog, now it also allows you to create fully functional websites and mobile applications.
3. Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to create social synergy between all platforms. It allows the user to monitor, track and listen to what your audience is doing on social media. Hootsuite understands the concept of time of the essence, by allowing the users to publish and schedule content quickly and finding content relevant to the user.
Do I need to explain why you should be using this? You should already have this app on your phone. Here’s a link if you don’t – Enterprise Made Simple App
5. Meet Edgar
Meet Egar is another great social media management tool; instead of publishing your updates just once and throwing them away like yesterday’s rubbish, he carefully catalogues them in a library that you build over time.

Creative Cloud gives you all the apps you need for any creative field you want to explore. You can seriously make almost anything. Create and share an animated video in two minutes. Or make a feature film with the same editing tools they’re using in Hollywood. Make a website for your band. Or your business. Discover what a creative genius you are.
